Trent Hansen, LCSW

Director of Clinical Services

Trent Hansen is Eagle Quest’s Director of Clinical Services and has been with the agency since 2011. As Director, he works to improve and manage our mental health program and gives guidance and direction to our team. He helps improve and expand our programs, trains employees in evidenced-based treatments like Family Behavior Therapy and Together Facing the Challenge. Trent values education, self-actualization, and uses a person-centered approach to help clients, employees, and organizations reach their full potential. He also enjoys to keeping up with the latest technology and entertainment and sets personal challenges like reading novels.

Roxanne Aronson, LCSW

Clinical Supervisor

Roxanne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She completed her Bachelor’s in Social Work at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her Master’s in Social Work at the University of New England. Roxanne is certified in Family Behavior Therapy and enjoys assisting others in realizing and reaching their goals as individuals or families. Outside of work she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Hillary Mirabal, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Therapist

Hillary Mirabal is originally from the Land of Enchantment, New Mexico. She is a Master of Social Work graduate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for Eagle Quest. Hillary is currently working on an EMDR certification, serves as the FBT trainer at Eagle Quest, and is TBRI informed. She believes in a family based treatment approach to youth she serves at Eagle Quest. She works with families and youth in using psychoeducation, evidenced based treatment practices, and serving as significant support to meet the youth’s rehabilitative needs. Apart from her role as an LCSW, Hillary enjoys participating in physical fitness, healthy eating, traveling, and learning about cultures in different parts of the world.

Esmeralda Rico-Aldaz, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Therapist

Esme Rico-Aldáz graduated in 2008 with her bachelor’s degree in Social Work and again in 2013 with her master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She specializes in working with children and youth in the foster care, juvenile probation, and youth parole, and with victims of sexual abuse. She uses Family Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She also has social work experience in hospice, nursing homes, and school settings.

Emily Garcia, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Therapist

Emily Garcia was born in Los Angeles, CA and identifies as Salvadoran-American. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with her Bachelor of Social Work in 2015 and her Master of Social Work in 2017. Emily is currently a licensed social worker in the state of Nevada who is pursuing her clinical license at Eagle Quest. Emily has worked with various non-profit organizations, including The Rape Crisis Center, proving education programming to high school students. Most recently, Emily was working as a school social worker at an alternative learning chapter school. Her motivation to seek her clinical internship came from the desire to expand her skillset to be able to address the mental health needs she was seeing in her own students. Currently, Emily works with juvenile perpetuators of sexual abuse. She uses the following evidence-based treatment techniques: trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, family behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. In her spare time, Emily enjoys spending time with her grandparents, traveling, going to concerts, and attempting to do yoga.

Danielle English, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Therapist

Danielle English is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Therapist at Eagle Quest, providing individual and family therapy within a clinical setting. She graduated with a Master of Social Work at the University of New England. Danielle is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Nevada Chapter. She enjoys learning new skills, vacationing, and spending time with friends and family. Danielle has a sincere interest in the well-being of individuals and with evidence-based techniques, she believes the therapeutic process can assist in facilitating meaningful change for each client.

Sabrina Zamora, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Therapist

Sabrina Zamora is originally from California. She is a passionate and well-educated Latina woman. Sabrina graduated with my Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2007 from California State University, Fullerton, her Master in Education with an emphasis in School Counseling in 2009 from Azusa Pacific University, and a Master in Social Worker in 2021 from Arizona State University. Sabrina is currently working on being EMDR trained. She specializes in working with children, youth in the foster care, juvenile probation, and youth parole. Sabrina enjoys spending time with her family hiking at Red Rock Canyon.

Tony Peoples, CSW Intern

Robert (Tony) Peoples is a Clinical Social Work Intern who graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, and from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2015 with a Master of Social Work. Tony is currently working towards acquiring Clinical licensure as LCSW.  Tony has experience working with clients of all different ages, needs, and settings. He enjoys working with youth, adults, and seniors with chemical dependency and mental health issues in inpatient and outpatient settings. He believes that no person should be left behind, and no matter how far down someone is, they deserve help to “man up” and get back to being their best and enjoying their life. His values were shaped by his parents who taught him to serve others. Outside of work, Tony is a husband, son, father, grandfather, and pastor who devotes his time to ministry and community outreach. He enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, being with family, and going on vacations.

Kaleah Tawatao, CSW Intern

Kaleah Tawatao is currently a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Nevada, who is pursuing her clinical licensure through Eagle Quest. She graduated with two Bachelor’s degrees, Social Work and Sociology, from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2021. She graduated with her Master of Social Work degree in 2022, after completing the University of Nevada Las Vegas’s advanced standing, graduate program.  As a Clinical Therapist Intern, Kaleah works with a variety of ages, offering therapeutic services to individuals in foster care, as well as individuals who are on probation. In this role, Kaleah believes it is her duty to not only be a support to others, but also, to push individuals out of their comfort zone and become comfortable talking about hard topics, such as their mental health. Outside of work, Kaleah enjoys yoga, reading a good book, and traveling.

Adeline Allen is a Clinical Therapist Intern working in an Eagle Quest THRIVE home. She received her Bachelor’s degree in recreational therapy at Brigham Young University and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. She received her Master’s in Social at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and is a Licensed Master Social Worker. Adeline is passionate about helping people receive education on sexuality, using the principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and embracing the power of vulnerability. Outside of work, she is a mom with one daughter and a son on the way, and she enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, yoga, and watching TV and movies.

Shana Livingston, CSW Intern

Shana Livingston is a Clinical Social Work intern, working as an Eagle Quest therapist. She is also a Clark County School Social Worker. She graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with her Bachelor of Social Work in 2016 and her Master of Social Work in 2018. She is proud to have served in the U.S. Air Force, where she worked in law enforcement and nursing, for a total of 10 years. Values that she lives by are respect, integrity, empathy, dependability, loyalty, and generosity. As a therapist, she is dedicated to supporting others through challenges, empowering them to overcome struggles, listening to gain understanding, teaching coping skills, and connecting people to community resources. On her off time, she is known as “mommy” to her five amazing children. She enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, cooking, dancing, singing, watching movies or having a game night with her family. A newfound hobby of hers is painting.
